Regional Collaborative Monozukuri Program

Regional Collaborative Monozukuri Program

Curriculum Features

This program aims to cultivate the ability to solve problems in local communities through “Monozukuri” (manufacturing). While learning specialized knowledge in the Electrical, Electronics, Information and Communication Course or the Mechanical, Intelligent and Aerospace Course, students will learn to think and act on their own in the “Introduction to Regional Cooperative Creation” and engage in practical studies such as regional research and problem-solving methods in the “Regional Cooperative Creation” course. In the “Regional Creation Problem Exercise,” students develop the ability to communicate with a wide range of people, from planning to presenting results in collaboration with their peers.
In the “Monozukuri Problem Exercise I,” students learn basic skills for manufacturing electronic devices such as small computers and sensors, and in the “Monozukuri Problem Exercise II,” they experience a series of processes (design, manufacturing, performance verification, and improvement) from system design to manufacturing for solving local problems.
Through these activities, students will acquire not only specialized knowledge but also practical skills, multifaceted perspectives, and the skills to collaborate with a diverse range of people.
