Research and development of FPGA-based acceleration system
In the post-Moore era, traditional computing systems have met a bottleneck for performance improvement. In our laboratory, we mainly focus on the investigation of FPGA-based acceleration systems, and develop dedicated accelerators for AI, high-performance computing, and real-time sound-field auralization, and so on. In addition, we also conduct research on specialized hardware architectures and parallel algorithms for these applications.
We aim to develop human resources who can take a leading role in the design and development of new computing systems and applications in various fields by fully utilizing the parallel processing techniques and methods they have acquired.
